My top five favorite yoga teachers on YouTube include Yoga with Adriene, Brett Larkin Yoga, Erin Motz Bad Yogi, Yoga with Kassandra, and Yoga Infusion with Dylan

Personally, my yoga journey has evolved tremendously because of the availability of free, high-quality yoga videos available online.
In-person classes aren’t accessible to many people for a plethora of reasons, and free yoga online is a great alternative.  YouTube is home to countless wonderful yoga channels, and listed below are my top 5 favorites!

1. Yoga with Adriene

Adriene is one of the most popular yoga teachers on YouTube right now, and for good reason. She’s funny, relatable, and teaches to the mantra of “find what feels good.” She uploads new classes weekly and her library covers a wide range of styles and levels, so there truly is something for everyone.

Favorite class
This 20-minute vinyasa flow sequence is a go-to when I’m stuck in a rut!

2. Brett Larkin Yoga

Brett goes above and beyond to offer in-depth yoga classes and series. Not only does she teach the usual yoga styles seen on YouTube, such as vinyasa and power yoga flows, she also has classes on Kundalini yoga, the chakras, detox yoga sequences, and the yoga sutras (to learn more about this, she also hosts a podcast on spirituality and conscious living. Check it out here!)

Favorite class
This is an oldie but goodie. I did this class so many mornings when I first started doing yoga more regularly, and it always left me more energized and in a good mood to start the day.

3. Erin Motz – BadYogi

Erin’s classes were some of the first I would regularly do when I started practicing yoga years ago. Most of her YouTube classes are under 20 minutes, which is perfect when you’re just starting and find it difficult to fit yoga into your busy schedule.

Favorite class
Not just a single class, but I enjoy her 4-week yoga challenge. I did this early on, and it was a great way to ease into a regular yoga practice.

4.  Yoga with Kassandra

Kassandra specializes in yin yoga, which is a great style to work on your flexibility – poses are held for a longer length of time, which forces you to slow down both on and off the mat.

Favorite class
This is a feel-good full-body stretch class that teaches yin poses for beginners.
