Heart-Opening Restorative Yoga

 

 

Welcome to the next class in our series: Heart-opening restorative yoga! 

 

This 30-minute guided class features relaxing poses to gently open up through your heart space. 

 

Props that will be helpful for this practice include:
  • Blocks
  • Blankets
  • Pillows
  • Bolster (if you have one)
No bolster? No problem! I offer variations for setting up each pose. As seen in the thumbnail, there are lots of ways to set up your poses to be supportive without needing a bolster!
