Yin Yoga for Inner Peace | 60-minute class



Enjoy 60-minutes of relaxing yin yoga to help quiet your mind and find some inner peace. 


This class starts with tuning inwards and taking time for some breathwork. We’ll work on a box breathing technique, but feel free to do a different breathing exercise instead if you prefer. 


Props are optional for this class. If you like having props with your yin yoga classes, consider having a bolster (or a stack of pillows and blankets) and some blocks nearby.
